Komment: On the opening night of the 25Live North America Tour, George Michael surprises his fans with some tracks previously not played on the tour before! These are 'Kissing A Fool', 'One More Try', 'Hard Day', 'Roxanne' and 'Feeling Good'. 'A Different Corner', which George had only sung at the beginning of the tour in 2006, is also on the setlist tonight. Regulars 'Praying For Time', 'Star People', 'Jesus To A Child' and 'You Have Been Loved' are not on the setlist. George clearly put a lot of effort in updating all graphics, because fans are stunned by new videos and graphics. Also they are getting tonight a special treat with a remix version of 'Spinning The Wheel'.

Komment: Another great show! 'Star People' makes a return on the setlist. During 'Praying For Time' George loses his train of thoughts and has to pause for a bit before picking up again. George seems relaxed tonight.

Komment: The setlist tonight is the same as in Las Vegas. George dedicates 'Amazing' to Kenny, saying "It just so happens the week we get into town, California started letting people like me get married. This is for Kenny." Like the other nights George sings his gospel version of 'One More Try' with the background vocalists in a circle around him. Sadly a member of the stage crew got injured earlier and George wishes him well and so does the audience.

Komment: It's a special night tonight, it's George's birthday. He is 45 today! Actress Bo Derek presents George with a cake during the evening's Ráadás while the band is playing 'Happy Birthday'. Tonight there is another addition to the setlist, 'Jesus To A Child', which George dedicates to Anselmo. Also the stage has an addition, a catwalk! George, dressed up more casual than the nights before, has strong vocals tonight. Television therapist Dr. Phil, who is in the crowd with his wife, gets a memorable George Michael shout-out. While George Michael waits for a new pair of glasses to be brought to him from backstage (and so is without any for a while!), he Komments on how Dr. Phil, in a sea of smiling faces, has a miserable look on his face, and that he should see someone about that!

Komment: Like the other nights the concert doesn't start until about half past eight. Another surprise on the setlist tonight, George sings 'The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face'. 'Jesus To A Child' is not on the setlist. George thanks his audience for their support and he acknowledges that times are tough for people in the United States with the current economy, and that he so appreciates people turning up for his shows anyway.
